Cripes I don't remember the last time I posted a new journal. I recently got laid off from work so I've been trying to get as much done as far as my craft goes as possible. So here's what I am working on.

Some commissions

Working on a female figure finally....I think I am going to go with an Infested Kerrigan from Starcraft just to get people excited for STARCRAFT 2!!!!!

I have also found a much better and more durable way to produce the masks that are for sale. They will now be a much better quality fiberglass and will probably hold up to more wear and tear so people wont have to worry about dropping them and them breaking.

As far as Ninja Studios goes Jon and I are going to be at PortCon Maine come this summer so that should be fun. We try to get up there every year and this time we will be doing panels and such so that should be some good times.

So that's about it

So me and Jon are still getting stuff prepared for the con in march and needless to say i am both excited and stressed ate the same time.

I still gotta wrap up this mask that is taking waay too much time with all of the modifications i have had to do to it. I pretty much had to redo most of it because when i ended up looking at my reference and at the piece i had to change a lot to make it look closer to the actual mask in the series. So after a few hours of tedious work i have changed the eyes, all of the teeth, the jawline, and much of the other parts to even it all out. I just need to smooth out some sections and do some minor tweaking here and there and we should be good to go for molding and casting.

I still need to make some Haku masks out of fiberglass since the whole resin thing didnt work out since i couldn't get a consistent thickness all the way around, so the fiberglass way will probably be easier and more successful.

Once I finish the Hollow mask I am going to do another half Hollow mask and then I am going to take a much needed break from mask making for a while but I will still take orders for the current ones when they are available.

So ninja studios is gettin ready to take Boston by storm.

I hope to get the second Hollow Mask ready to go for Anime Boston. Its probably about 85 to 90 percent done than I will start to work on yet another project. So Hollow Mask 2.0 and the ever popular Haku mask will be good to go for sale at the Con.

I hope to see some of you folks there.
